Can I place an order outside the GCC?

Currently Buckles & Belts covers the GCC only. We are planning to expand to other parts of the Middle East shortly, so please keep checking because we might start delivering to your country sooner than you think!

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently we only ship to places within UAE and GCC.

What do I have to present at the time of delivery?

FOR UAE PRE-PAID CUSTOMERS:

At the time of delivery, the courier will be asking for an identification for security purposes. Only government issued IDs will be accepted. (e.g. Emirates ID, UAE issued Driving License and Passport)

What if the item I received is damaged on delivery?

At Buckles & Belts we always take extra care in packaging your items. However, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via email at info@bucklesandbelts.ae

Is it only cash on delivery or can I use card on delivery?

DUBAI ONLY:

For deliveries in Dubai, you can use your credit card on delivery or pay in cash.
